I’m asking this because my daughter’s real father has never been apart of her life. She’s very healthy right now but I want her to have his and his families health histories to know what type of diseases or health issues run in his background. I’d like to get in contact with him and I don’t want to leave any pertinant information out so I’m wondering what type of health related questions I should ask him.
