What is the maximum I can put in health and daycare flexible spending accounts for 2008?

Note: this is not a Health spending account. I think this is different.
My wifes company allows 3k for health and 5k for daycare. My company allows 4k for health and 5k for daycare. I think that there is a irs maximum that maybe 5k and 5k.

Health and 5000 for daycare check with your company.
Health and 5000 for health and 5000 for daycare check with your company.
My companys limits are 3500 for daycare check with your company.
