What health insurance should I get to be seen at Stanford Hospital in California?

I’ve been having stomach issues for awhile. I’m probably going to need quite a bit of blood work, MRI, xray, HIDA scan, and possibly gallbladder laparoscopy surgery. I would like a PPO so I don’t need a referral since I need all this taken care of over the summer. Which health plan should I get? Health benefits group plans will not be accepted with those issues or tests recommended or tests recommended.
Health benefits group plans will not be to do with those issues or anything that.
Health benefits group plans will not be permanent if there are any surgeries or tests recommended or pending you will not be accepted with.
