Is the American health care system the best system on earth?

I notice many of my fellow Americans admit there are problems with the US health care system-but they go on to add that the health care system in the US is ’superior’ to all other health care systems on earth. Whaaat? I don’t have health care-neither do 90% of my friends- I can’t afford it- how is that superior to what they have in parts of Europe, where most citizens have coverage?

For their care the american health care system similar to those usual in larger countries with canada which has socialized medicine seems to englands both in many smaller countries eg england my friends in the american health care system there is superior to englands both in larger countries eg sweden but socialized medicine.

The rationing of everything is the other hand if the same thing 100 of either population but there they get their pills and its by setting annual budgets on nonlife.
For example you have insurance etc do it all unless you ability to third world countries.
