How much is a visit to the Dermatologist without health insurance?

I’ve tried everything and I can’t get rid of my acne. I don’t have health insurance because I’ve turned 19 and I only have a part-time job and am a part-time student. How much would it cost to go to a dermatologist and get a prescription?
I live in Rochester MN with the Mayo Clinic so I will probably go there.

Every docotor charges different fees for different things. I would say the average for an office visit is between $100 to $200 because a dermatologist is a specialty doctor. Getting a prescription for acne or any presciption for that matter can be very expensive. That range really varies, but make sure you tell the derm doc that you don’t have any insurance and ask for samples ( if they have any). If not then make sure she writes for the generic to be filled (not brand name prescription but the equivalent). Also sometimes they give you a break on the price of the office visit b/c of no insurance.
Just call up a few different places and see what kind of prices you get.
