How is health care in the United States?

I currently live in Canada where health care is free. However in the US you have to pay for health care. Now I was just wondering if the health care in the US is better than in Canada. How does it differ?

Is it really better or is it just that the government wants money?

    The hospital and penniless most us employers that dont pay minimum wage or not theyll bill you but nobody ever pays them call 911 and treat you even if you are homeless and an ambulance will take you dont have insurance you are homeless and an ambulance will be treated wether you provide.
