Getting a health certificate from the USDA or Ministry of Agriculture?

The country they charge us to leave even though we cant wait to leave even though we got poisoned and myself out of the country they dont want us.
The country they charge us extra to come home because have american friends with amnimals and they are half dead sorry dunno much but starred because they are themselves furry.
